I am privileged to be named alongside some very talented designers and am looking forward to working more closely with the Indigo Prints team to build their brand and online storefront. You can check out their blog post about it here!
There are so many exciting things coming up in the New Year. This really just tops it off! Here’s to a wonderful 2011!

As you may know, I have been working my butt off and submitting designs to Indigo Prints. I created something like 30+ designs for them in a little over a month and let me tell you, it is exhausting! Although, I hope it shows my passion, dedication, and desire to be one of their branded designers. And THAT is all I want for Christmas:* Branded Designer Status! Below are my latest submissions.

Now that you’ve seen all the cute stuff, here’s something a little more risque!

Merry Christmas all!!!
*Actually I want a lot of other things for Christmas too.

Designing for Indigo Prints has been tons of fun. I get to mix and match pretty colors, draw cute little pictures, and pull out the fun ideas I’ve had sitting in my sketch book (THAT NO ONE WANTS) and bring them to life! I think this is my most favorite invitation so far (that has been selected to be sold on indigoprints.com).

I’ve been helping my friend Dianne with her presentation for catering events. She’s a dessert caterer in the Seattle area and I just love all the beautiful colors and shapes that come along with a dessert display! Of which inspired this piece…

Besides that, I’ve been recently informed that one of the designs that I had submitted into Minted.com’s Happily Ever After Wedding Challenge has been chosen as an Editor’s Pick! WOOP! I really wasn’t expecting any of my designs to win to be honest. The competition is steep, full of such amazing designs and designers. With that said, I am truly honored that my work will be seen among the greatest indie designers out there. Here’s my winning design, Monogram Hankie. I look forward to sharing the full invitation suite with you when it’s done.
I’m also working on an amazing logo that I can’t wait to show you all and a full website design that I’m hoping will be ready here soon. Other than that, I have plenty of work lined up for the new year already! Lots of wedding invites too. What a blessed year this has been for me. I thank God everyday that my work is my passion and I love what I do.
